Everybody loves helium filled balloons. They’ve been called “Bouncing Billboards” for years. Latex and foil balloons are great for advertising purposes (and frequently used by car dealerships, restaurants, realtors, stores, and other types of companies), creating a festive atmosphere at events and conventions, as party decorations for special celebrations (such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings), and for gift-giving (in the form of balloon bouquets). But, what do you do when you can’t get helium? There has been a major worldwide helium shortage lately. Many companies and individuals are complaining that the cost of this gas has risen beyond reason, and in a lot of cases, people can’t even get helium when they need it.
Helium Shortage Solutions
Suzy Goodman-Pollack (EVP and Chief Product Designer) puts it this way, “If you are working with red, yellow, blue, and green balloons, we have the perfect solution in the form of matching red, yellow, blue and green balloon cups and sticks (also known as balloon holders). We call our assortment “Primary-Plus”. The vibrant colors of the balloon cups and balloon sticks work perfectly to add that ‘special decorator touch’ to latex and mini foil balloons inflated with air.”
Creative Balloons Mfg. Inc. manufactures three (3) color assortments (in addition to basic white) of matching balloon cups and sticks: Primary-Plus, Trendy Neon, and Pastel. These balloon holders and sticks match or complement virtually any color latex or mini foil balloon. All color assortments of the E-Z Balloon Cup™ ‘N Stick combo are now available through Creative Balloons in “Retail Packages”, as well. This enables consumers to buy their own supply of the product from party stores, general merchandise stores, and drug and discount stores.
Jules Pollack, President of Creative Balloons Mfg. Inc. explains, “Out stick is slightly ‘flexible’ so it allows for a little movement. We produce our balloon stick out of a special material that costs a little more, but we think the added advantage it provides is tremendous to the end-users. Our balloon stick doesn’t ‘break into little, sharp pieces’ like so many other, cheaper sticks on the market do. This is an important safety factor. And, designing and developing top quality products is of utmost importance to our team.”
Creative Balloons Manufacturing believes in the safety of the products it manufactures, and the company always advises caution should be exercised around inflating balloons.
